I had such an amazing experience with Myra! From start to finish, my facial was relaxing, comfortable, and truly rejuvenating. Myra was incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease. After the session, my skin felt so refreshed and looked noticeably brighter and healthier. I highly recommend Myra and Alani Skin MD to anyone looking to treat themselves and take great care of their skin. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Myra was incredibly kind and took the time to explain each step and what to expect, which was especially reassuring as a first-timer. I had the Signature Facial with dermaplaning and the baby peel, and it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing! Everyone on the staff was also super warm and welcoming and it just made me feel comfortable right away. 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this business only once, over a year ago. At that time, I was enrolled in a membership without my knowledge or clear consent. I recently discovered that $100 has been charged to the card I used for that single visit, despite not returning or using any services in the past year. When I contacted the company to request a refund, explaining that I was unaware of the membership and have not been a client for over a year, they canceled the membership but refused to issue a refund. As a result, I have effectively paid for an entire year of a membership I did not know I had, and now an additional year that they are unwilling to reimburse. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled and believe this practice lacks transparency and fairness. I strongly encourage others to carefully review any paperwork and monitor their billing statements if they choose to do business here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise potential customers to consider alternative providers with clearer policies and better customer service.

So far, I’ve had a great experience and quick results from just a couple months of being q client at Alani Skin. Victoria and Ivy who treated me were so understanding and made me feel comfortable through every step of my acne boot camp. Same with the ladies up front, who are always so sweet and welcoming. I can’t wait to be back at Alani after the Holiday Break! More affordable than other places too, 100% recommend !!!

Absolutely love Alani! The team is always so welcoming, the space is beautiful and relaxing, and I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. I always leave loving my treatments and glowing every time!
