Dr. Greene is a fantastic dermatologist. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the most up-to-date cosmetic treatments, and he has helped me to achieve an excellent improvement in my acne scarring. He and his staff are polite, professional, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Dr. Greene and his team to anyone pursuing cosmetic treatment.

Dr. Greene and his team are wonderful! I brought my 4 year old to him for a second opinion and he immediately put her at ease during the appointment. He’s friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in depth what he saw going on with her skin, what kinds of ideas he has for treatment options and what I can do for her at home. Highly recommend him.

It's a wonderful partnership between a licensed dermatologist and a team of aestheticians, and I don't see such professional pairing that frequently for some reason! Dr. Greene was very nice and straightforward in providing advice concerning my keratosis pilaris, recommending an emollient that is available without prescription. I'm also happy that the esthetician team offers microdermabrasion in addition to microneedling.

I am absolutely amazed at the professionalism and medical expertise at Dr. Greene’s practice. I saw him three times for periorbital laser treatments to reduce the appearance of veins around my eyes/temples. I originally consulted with another dermatology practice in Seattle who planned on having an esthetician perform the laser treatments. I ended up getting a second opinion from Dr. Greene, and I’m so glad I did - given how high risk the area is. He talked me through what was possible and not possible in getting the treatments done, and I felt very confident in his ability after our first consult. He ended up doing the treatments, and took incredible care and time in working around my eyes to ensure nothing happened to my vision. His assistants were also amazing in making sure I was comfortable and calm throughout the length of the treatments. In the end, my results are better than I could have hoped for, and they are truly permanent. I would encourage anyone to consult with him and his team to see what’s possible for under eye treatments, as this investment will have lifetime results.

Very upset about the billing practices at this office and feel tricked into paying for something I didn't schedule. I came in for a laser consultation about veins on my nose. During the appt the medical assistant and doctor both asked if I had any other concerns so I asked with the same laser treatment could they also treat my rosacea. The doctor said yes, he could do it all in the same treatment and could also write me an rx for my rosacea. I didn't necessarily want or ask for the rx but I said sure that's fine. Coming out of the appt to the front desk they said since we discussed rosacea and he wrote me an rx, this appt changed from a cosmetic appt to a medical appt and now I needed to pay a $200 medical consultation fee on top of the price of the laser treatment (that was going to be $650). Originally, before going into the appt they said it would be $150 for the cosmetic appt and that would go towards the cost of the laser treatment. So at that point I felt gypped into paying an additional $200 on top of an already very expensive laser treatment. I stated if thats the case I don't want the rosacea treated and I don't want the rx, I just want to pay for originally how much they said it would cost. They said no, that it was too late, and they cannot apply the med consult fee toward the laser treatment. This was very upsetting because how was I suppose to know what topics I was "allowed" to discuss to stay in the realm of "cosmetic". I didn't ask for an rx, they just offered it to me. I feel if talking about certain issues were going to change the type of appt, I should have been told this before or during the appt and not left with a surprise bill. I later emailed the office the next day asking for a refund because I did not feel comfortable paying for an appt I didn't originally schedule and the office never emailed me back.
